SYCAMORE CANYON STABLES HORSE FACILITIES

MAIN ARENA

Measures 150' X 300', double board fence construction, equipped with a complete coverage sprinkler system.  The footing is DG based with soft sand top.  Arena is lit for night riding.

DRESSAGE ARENA

Measures 20m X 60m with granular DG footing, equipped with a complete coverage sprinkler system, light system that eliminates shadows during night riding, mirrors and is groomed several times per week.

BACK ARENA

Measures 150' X 150', double board fence construction, equipped with a complete coverage sprinkler system.  The footing is DG based with soft sand top.  There are trot poles available for use as a trails course.

ROUND PEN

Measures 55' round with high sideboards to eliminate outside distractions.  The footing is river bottom sand and has a complete coverage sprinkler system.

BARN

The barn has 14, 12' X 16', enclosed stalls.  Each stall has automatic waterer, thermostatically controlled fans and is bedded with pine shavings added daily.  The barn is equipped with lights that are on a timer for show quality coats.  There is a fully covered tack up area for horses housed in the barn.
Monthly board rate is $595.

OPEN PIPE BARN

FULLY COVERED PIPE PENS

Stalls are 24' X 24' with 10' high rails between each stall.  Each stall is equipped with automatic waterer and has lighting.
Monthly board rate is $500.

COMMON WALL PIPE PENS

Stalls are 24' X 24' six rail high with 12' X 24' shelter.  Each stall is equipped with automatic waterer and has lighting.
Monthly board rate is $465.
